Customs clearance is a set of procedures necessary for the legal transportation of goods across the border. Their order is strictly regulated by a number of laws. In order for transit across the border to be carried out without delays, without legal problems, it is important to properly prepare documents and organize customs clearance procedures.

How do we work with the transportation of theater and concert props?

1. Before you ship the goods, you need to consult with the customs representative - where it would be better to register your goods. To do this, you need to provide a technical description for the cargo indicating the scope.
2. Based on the description provided, the specifics of the cargo, the need for permits are considered and the customs payment is calculated.
3. When a decision is made to import cargo for which permits are required, a package of documents is collected to obtain them.
4. When the shipment of goods from the supplier has taken place, it is necessary to collect all the documents provided by the supplier and send them to the customs broker. You also need to provide transport documents from the carrier / supplier, depending on who organized the transportation.
5. After all preparations, registration is carried out and the car departs.
